Job Details:

\n

• 3x12 hour day shifts
\n • Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n • Unit accepts first-time travelers
\n • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
\n • Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
\n • Experience with Labor & Delivery and High Risk Antepartum required
\n • Facility delivers 200-300 births per month
\n • Teaching hospital environment
\n • Skills required include triage of obstetrical patients, IUPC placement and calibration, central line maintenance (CVC/PICC), anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, insulin drips, and Magnesium Sulfate therapy
\n • Must be able to assist with high risk deliveries, circulate and recover C-sections, perform sterile vaginal exams, and follow isolation precautions and PPE protocols
\n • Experience with any charting system required

This teaching hospital operates a robust Labor & Delivery unit delivering between 200 and 300 births per month. The facility supports high-risk antepartum patients and provides a full scope of obstetrical services, including C-section support and advanced clinical procedures. As a teaching hospital, it offers a collaborative and educational environment with interdisciplinary support for both staff and patients.
