Join a dynamic healthcare team in Johnson City, New York, as a Certified Surgical Technologist. This role offers the opportunity to work evening shifts (8 hours) with 40 guaranteed weekly hours. As a vital member of the operating room team, you will assist surgeons by maintaining sterile technique, preparing surgical instruments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety. Responsibilities include assisting with gowning and gloving, maintaining an organized operative field, and ensuring effective turnover between cases. Your expertise in suturing, retracting, suctioning, and instrument handling will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, NBSTSA certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), and a BLS certification.
