\nJob Overview
\nWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Broadus, MT. In this role, you will deliver high-quality long-term care and resident-centered nursing care, supporting resident health, daily living, and acute needs within a supportive rural healthcare environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing clinical assessments for long-term care residents. \n
- Monitor resident condition changes, document care plans, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. \n
- Oversee and direct CNA activity to ensure daily hygiene, nutrition, and safety standards are maintained. \n
- Provide compassionate end-of-life, rehabilitative, or restorative nursing care tailored to individual resident needs. \n
- Maintain complete and accurate patient electronic health records in compliance with state and facility regulations. \n
Qualifications

- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. \n
- Licensure & Certifications:\n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Montana or active eNLC compact license). \n
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. \n
\n - Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical RN experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), or LTAC settings. \n
- Skills: Strong patient assessment skills, compassionate communication, and adaptability to rural health environments. \n
