Industrial Journeyman Electrician - 1942230

Our Client is a well established Electrical Contractor in the Southeast with a heavy focus on industrial projects: focus is on water, wastewater treatment and water distribution facilities, but also work in power plants, manufacturing, etc.

They are currently seeking Industrial Electrical Journeymen, Foreman, and Supervisors. You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
• Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

​​Qualifications:

• Journeyman’s Electrical License.
• 5 years in a supervisor role
• Highly experienced with working with PVC coated conduit.
• Able to run a crew of 5 or more men.
• Provide quality control.
• Be able to motivate people.
• Water and Wastewater Experience.
• Familiar with Word, Excel, Material Requisitions, Conduit Layouts.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
