Surgical Technologist

Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center is looking for individuals to join our team to provide excellent patient care for the community. The Surgical Tech employs the Standards for Surgical Technologists in the delivery of optimum quality care. This position works collaboratively with all members of the health care team, the patient and significant others to provide a safe and aseptic surgical environment for the surgical patient. Practices directly under the supervision and direction of the surgeon, RN circulator, or RNFA during the intra-operative phase of patient care. Is responsible for preparing the operating room for the surgical procedure including the instruments, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications:Graduate of a surgical technology program preferredCertified Surgical Technologist preferredBLS/CPR certification*Will provide on the job training*
