Job description:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and meet all certification requirements.Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient careDocument evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress using Net Health (Therapy EMR system)Participate in care planning and family conferences as neededRequirements:Master's Degree in Speech-Language PathologyASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) requiredGA state licensure as a Speech-Language PathologistPrevious experience in LTC/SNF setting preferredProficiency with Net Health or similar electronic documentation systems is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefitsSupportive work environmentOpportunities for professional growth
