Pay: $20/hr + Depending on Experience

A day in the role

Your day starts at 7:00 AM with a plan, a sketch, and precise measurements. By mid-morning you’re trimming interiors or standing up framing on a residential or commercial site. After lunch, you’re assembling cabinets, frames, and forms, and pitching in wherever the crew needs an extra set of hands. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to learn new equipment—yes, we’ll teach you to operate a crane and other machines—so every day builds both structures and skills. You’ll wrap by 3:30 PM, proud of tangible progress.

What you’ll do

• Perform trimming and framing on residential and commercial projects
• Build cabinets, frames, and forms from sketches/drawings
• Read and take accurate measurements to guide every cut and fit
• Assist with construction projects as needed and support teammates on other jobs
• Train to run a crane and operate different machines

What you bring

• Proficiency in finish and rough carpentry
• Ability to build from a sketch/drawing and measure with accuracy
• Willingness to learn and help out across tasks and job sites
