We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at Nightingale at Glenwood. This full-time position is for the 2p–10p shift and is perfect for someone who takes pride in providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Position Summary
As a CNA at Nightingale at Glenwood, you will provide hands-on care, daily support, and meaningful interaction with residents. You'll work alongside a dedicated nursing team that values teamwork, communication, and exceptional care.
What You’ll Do
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide restorative and supportive care as directed by nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Maintain clean, organized resident areas and follow infection control procedures
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
• Build positive, supportive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
What We’re Looking For
• Active Arkansas CNA certification
