Warren Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced healthcare business development professional to drive admissions, expand referral relationships, and increase our presence throughout the Mahoning Valley.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, developing new referral sources, and creating growth. The successful candidate will serve as the face of Warren Nursing & Rehab, working closely with hospitals, physicians, case managers, rehabilitation providers, home health agencies, hospice organizations, and other community partners to increase referrals and census.

What You'll Do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation hospitals, LTACHs, home health agencies, hospice providers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.

• Increase admissions and occupancy through proactive business development and relationship management.

• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the Youngstown/Warren market.

• Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals, physician offices, and community partners.

• Partner with Centralized Admissions and facility leadership to improve referral conversion and customer service.

• Promote Warren Nursing & Rehab's specialized clinical programs, rehabilitation services, and respiratory capabilities.

• Represent the organization at networking events, healthcare organizations, and community activities.

• Monitor referral activity, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

• Help plan referral source events, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of healthcare business development, physician relations, admissions, or sales experience preferred.

• Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, LTACH, Acute Rehabilitation, or Physician Relations experience preferred.

• Existing relationships within the Mahoning Valley healthcare market are a plus.

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with facility leadership.
