Part-Time Operations Associate

Event Operations AssociateRiverside EpiCenter, Mableton GAWe are seeking a motivated Event Operations Associate to join our team! Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this role supports daily venue operations and events by assisting with set-ups, breakdowns, changeovers, and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.What You'll Do:Assist with event logistics including room/equipment set-ups, client requests, and property upkeepSupport ADA/OSHA compliance, crowd control, and parking servicesEnsure the facility maintains high standards of cleanliness, service, and imageWork collaboratively with management, staff, and vendors to deliver excellent customer serviceParticipate in walkthroughs, calendar meetings, and create set-up diagramsTroubleshoot and resolve operational challenges as they ariseWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 1 year of experience in event or venue operationsStrong customer service skills (conflict resolution experience preferred)Knowledge of event best practices, safety regulations, and equipment useFlexible schedule - ability to work evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededProfessional attitude, appearance, and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to lift/move up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a dynamic team that brings events to life at the Riverside EpiCenter.
