About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, working closely with our Director of Rehabilitation and OT to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include screening residents of various cognitive and medical diagnoses, providing skilled occupational therapy services, and communicating with residents, families, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure optimal functional outcomes.

Requirements:

• FLORIDA LICENSED/ELIGIBLE IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT: Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida

• KNOWLEDGE OF NET HEALTH AND POINT CLICK CARE: Familiarity with these electronic medical record systems

• PROFESSIONALISM, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
