Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and motivated Construction Carpenters and Framers to join our residential construction team in Los Fresnos, TX. This position involves building and assembling wood framing systems for new home construction, including walls, floors, roof structures, and other essential components. Key Responsibilities

• Construct and install wall, floor, and roof framing for new residential homes
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other construction materials
• Install roof trusses, rafters, and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and construction plans
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Ensure projects are completed according to building specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
• Assist with general construction labor duties as needed
