What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in condition.
• Implement and support individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You'll Bring

• Current Indiana LPN or RN license in good standing.
• A passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in geriatric or memory care is preferred but not required.

Schedule

Part-Time Nights

6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Available Shifts:

• Sunday
• Monday

Compensation

LPN: $31.37–$35.63 per hour

RN: $36.88–$41.89 per hour

Additional Pay

• +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
