Job Summary

At Kadima Healthcare, our mission is "Living Forward. Together.", and we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Director of Admissions to join our team at our state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in developing and coordinating the admission process to ensure a seamless transition for our patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly marketing plan to meet weekly and monthly admissions goals

• Conduct effective sales calls with targeted referral sources to promote our facilities and services

• Review patient medical information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely completion of admission paperwork

• Coordinate clinical and financial approvals for admission, communicating with families and staff to ensure a smooth admission process

• Provide tours of our facilities and promote conversion to admission

• Manage the admission process, prioritizing daily responsibilities and multi-tasking with ease

• Collaborate with discharge planners, families, and responsible parties to initiate tour and follow-up procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, and sales, with a proven track record of success

• Outside sales experience in healthcare, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting

• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
