This is a cross-functional role requiring flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist production operations after training (mixing, machine operation, packaging)Operate mixers to prepare dough according to production requirementsOperate packing machines safely and efficientlyPerform manual packaging of products as neededFollow production schedules and quality standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow supervisor instructions and company proceduresJob Requirements:Ability to work in a cold environmentAvailability to work overtime as neededAbility to stand for long periods and perform physical tasksStrong work ethic and reliabilityPrevious food production or machine operation experience is a plus
