Admissions Director- SNF
Located in Queens, NY
Salary : $80K - $85K range
*Will consider an Admissions Coordinator looking to move up*
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support admissions process for a skilled nursing facilities as needed to drive performance and adherence to company standards.
Optimize census management and referral workflows in collaboration with facility and clinical teams.
Monitor admissions metrics and trends to identify improvements.
Ensure timely, accurate referral processing and high-quality customer service.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations.
Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing development for admissions staff.
Qualifications:
Must have previous admissions experience in long term care/skilled nursing facility
Must have nursing home experience
Prior experience as an Admissions Coordinator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
Able to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
