SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for caring and responsible Childcare Providers to join our team and support families throughout North San Diego County, including La Jolla, Del Mar, Mira Mesa, Poway, and nearby communities.

At SYNERGY HomeCare, we provide opportunities to care for children of different ages and abilities while supporting families when they need an extra helping hand. As a Childcare Provider, you’ll play an important role in helping parents feel confident knowing their children are receiving compassionate, reliable care.
SYNERGY HomeCare Offers:

• $19.00–$22.00 per hour

As a Childcare Provider, You Will:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children of various ages

• Create engaging, fun, and age-appropriate activities

• Support children’s daily routines and needs

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation related to childcare

• Provide medication reminders when needed

• Maintain professional communication with families and the SYNERGY HomeCare team

• Arrive on time and provide consistent, dependable care
