Line Operator – Rotating Shifts

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts (Must be available for all shifts)

Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work 2 weekends per month

We Staff Better is currently hiring Line Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production goals.
• Load materials and remove finished products from the production line.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Must be available to work 2 weekends per month.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required.
