Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of admissions staff to ensure efficient and effective patient admissions processes

• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and admissions

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal care outcomes

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

• Analyze and report on admissions data to inform business decisions and improve outcomes

• Foster strong relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve admissions processes

• Director of Admissions will also be responsible for creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Admissions or a related field

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
