Job Description
Support daily clinical operations and assist with workflow optimization.
Monitor clinician and technician attendance trends and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Assist with BCBA caseload assignments and workload balancing.
Track staffing metrics and operational performance indicators.
Maintain accurate client, employee, and scheduling data within Central Reach.
Audit records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Assist with system updates, workflow improvements, and process enhancements.
Troubleshoot operational issues related to Central Reach.
Monitor billable hours, productivity, utilization, and key performance metrics.
Track session conversions, cancellations, no-shows, and scheduling trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for leadership.
Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and documentation standards.
Identify trends requiring corrective action or operational improvement.
Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Scheduling, Billing, Human Resources, and Operations teams.
Assist with implementation of new processes and organizational initiatives.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, ABA, or behavioral health.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CentralReach
ABA or behavioral health experience
Healthcare operations experience
Data analysis and KPI reporting
Quality assurance or compliance auditing
Process improvement experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
