Admissions Director
Rose City Nursing and Rehab | Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Director to join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA.
In this key leadership role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to increase referrals and support census growth. You will serve as the primary liaison throughout the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition for residents and their families.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities within the community.
Serve as the liaison between referral sources and the facility.
Convert qualified referrals into admissions.
Coordinate the admissions process with the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure all admission documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct community outreach and networking to promote the facility and its services.
Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.
Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare sales, marketing, admissions, referral management, or business development required.
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
LPN preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
