Compassionate CNA/NAR – Afternoon Shift, $20.32 - $28.67 DOE, $5000 sign on bonus! 

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while building a rewarding career in long-term care. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Nursing Assistant to join our afternoon-shift care team.

As a CNA/NAR, you will provide hands-on support to residents with activities of daily living, mobility, personal care, vital signs, and documentation. You will help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment while forming meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and other daily needs.
  • Support safe transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility.
  • Obtain and document vital signs and other resident information.
  • Observe residents and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
  • Follow infection-control practices, safety procedures, care plans, and facility policies.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, nurses, and other team members.

Education and Experience

Applicants must be listed in good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or be willing to complete required CNA training and competency testing in accordance with state and facility guidelines.

Working Environment

This position works throughout the care center and includes frequent interaction with residents, families, visitors, and team members. The role may involve interruptions, emotionally challenging situations, exposure to hazardous materials, and participation in emergency-response situations.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and assist residents throughout the shift while using proper body mechanics and safety procedures. The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and heavier amounts with assistance or appropriate equipment.
