Job Summary:
As a Welding Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, using specialized welding equipment to assemble and fabricate our high-quality industrial products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the integrity and safety of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to join metal components and parts
- Read and interpret welding diagrams, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant welds
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Collaborate with production team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or challenges
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:
- 6 month to 1 year of experience as a Welding Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and the ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
This position is based in our warehouse facility and may involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, and other industrial hazards. A flexible schedule, including the ability to work overtime as needed, is required. Protective equipment, such as welding jackets, gloves, and face shields, will be provided.

Compensation is hourly rate of $17.00-$17.50 per hour.
