Director of Admissions 

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Referral Generation: High volume referral management, driving appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
• Strategic Marketing: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
• Relationships: Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
• Territory Management: Strategically assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies

Prior Skilled Nursing Experience is required in an admissions capacity 

Fluent: PCC, Excel,MIcrosoft Word 

Excellent customer service skills are a must

Admission sign-ins, insurance verification and insurance authorizations

Reports to: Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing
