Skilled Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled carpenter with 3–5 years of commercial carpentry experience to join our team in the Stillwater area. The ideal candidate will have crew leader experience and the ability to motivate, lead, and communicate effectively on job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, installations, and general construction tasks
• Lead and supervise crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Coordinate tasks and communicate clearly with team members and project managers
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Ensure tools and materials are used efficiently

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of commercial carpentry experience required
• Previous crew leader or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Stillwater area
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
