Director of Social Work (LSW/LCSW)

We're seeking an experienced Director of Social Work to join our skilled nursing leadership team near Hazlet, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, driven professional who is passionate about resident advocacy and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead the Social Work department and oversee daily operations.

• Coordinate discharge planning and resident care transitions.

• Support residents and families while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current NJ LSW or LCSW required.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required.

• Leadership experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of discharge planning, Medicare/Medicaid, and resident advocacy.
