Join our team as an Admissions Coordinator and help ensure a smooth, welcoming transition for new residents. This role is key to maintaining census levels, supporting marketing efforts, and building strong relationships with families and referral sources.
Job Duties:
Coordinate pre-admission data and resident assessments
Support marketing and census growth with referral outreach
Conduct interviews and verify resident information
Collaborate with nursing and administration for room assignments
Escort and welcome new residents
Maintain accurate, confidential records
Assist with admission paperwork and policy communication
Partner with the Director of Business Development on marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or recent college graduate
Experience skilled nursing setting admissions or healthcare preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
