Cardiovascular Technologist I (OR CVOR Tech) travel assignment in Austell, Georgia. Start date 09/14/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $1,674 to $1,754. Shift pattern is 3x12-hour days. This position supports adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting, assisting during diagnostic and therapeutic invasive cardiovascular procedures and training to work alongside physicians in the cath/EP lab. The role emphasizes maintaining sterile technique and operating specialized equipment under supervision, with potential participation in cath/EP call rotation after orientation.

Responsibilities
- Assist during diagnostic and therapeutic invasive cardiovascular procedures in a cath/EP lab, under physician supervision
- Maintain sterile technique and prepare instruments, equipment, and environment for procedures
- Operate specialized cardiovascular equipment safely and efficiently
- Support experienced staff and physicians during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Participate in the cath/EP lab call rotation after orientation and competency validation
- Collaborate with the Cath_EP Lab Manager/Director to maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment for adult and geriatric patients

Requirements
- Entry-level cardiovascular technologist role with training to assist in invasive cardiovascular procedures; no prior cath lab/interventional experience required
- Ability to work in a cath lab environment and support sterile technique
- Willingness to complete orientation and demonstrate operational and clinical competencies
- Comfortable working with adults aged 18–65 and geriatric patients
- Flexible to participate in a call rotation after orientation
- Effective communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, and lab staff
