Olea Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an immediate part-time or full-time position. Olea Pediatric Therapy is an outpatient pediatric clinic that opened in August 2021 in New Hope, Minnesota. We are looking for an excellent SLP to join our team who is eager to learn, is self motivated, and excited to grow with us! The SLP will join a team of 38 established clinicians to offer exceptional assessment, treatment, and team collaboration for children with a variety of communication disorders, including emerging communicators using Alternative/Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices. This position offers the opportunity to work with a culturally and linguistically diverse group of clients and families. Majority of the new SLP's caseload will be provided at an ABA facility.

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree or higher
- License to practice Speech-Language Pathology from the Minnesota Department of Health with their certificate of clinical competence (CCC)
- Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload by providing comprehensive assessments including AAC assessments, treatment sessions, collaboration with clients' team of caregivers, schools, and other treatment providers, and paperwork including daily notes, plans of care, and re-evaluations. Candidates must have strong skills to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
- Preferred experience in providing culturally responsive SLP services and supporting communication with AAC devices for children with a variety of diagnoses
- Preferred experience in working with the pediatric population
- Preferred experience in working with autistic children
- Woodbury, Minnesota
- Work week is Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible
- Daily schedules range from 6-10 hour days, based on personal preference
- Hiring for Full-time or Part-time
- $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
