Hours: M, T, TH - 8a6p, W 8a-4p and F 8a-12p

Basic primary care & occ med, ages 3+ (Mostly adults, very little children)

Skills/licensures/requirements: BAT/UDS/DOT

Occupational health? yes

Workers Comp? yes

Is women’s health required for temp/locum coverage? yes

Health center staffing model: 1:1 one provider one MA

$90 per hour

Paid Malpractice

Paid Module Training (2 hrs from home)

Paid Shadow training
