If you're detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in precision, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll DoDetermine production sequences by reviewing blueprints, specifications, and work ordersSet up equipment by positioning stops, guides, and turntablesAdjust machine controls to ensure accurate productionMeasure, mark, and position materials using measuring devices and templatesOperate saw equipment safely and efficientlyInspect finished products to verify quality standardsMaintain an organized and safe work areaAssist with additional duties as neededWhat You BringEducation & KnowledgeHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferredBasic math skills requiredAbility to read measuring tapes and use precision measuring toolsSkills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to follow directions and work effectively in a team environmentMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipmentStrong problem-solving skillsCommitment to quality and workplace safetyDependable work ethic and positive attitudePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Visual acuity to read instructions, operate equipment, and inspect parts
