 What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems with confidence and expertise.
• Guide homeowners to smart buying decisions by educating them on repair vs. replacement options.
• Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades, enhancements, and additional services that improve the customer’s home and comfort.
• Present pricing clearly and professionally, close sales on-site, and collect payment.
• Build trust through strong communication with customers, dispatch, managers, and install teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle—your mobile showroom.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Represent the company with a professional, customer-first appearance and attitude.
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen both technical and sales skills.
• Stay compliant with licensing and certification requirements (we’ll support your growth).

What You'll Bring:

• Minnesota Electrical Journeyman's License (no exceptions).
• Confidence in recommending services and closing sales.
