Admissions and Marketing Director Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Admissions and Marketing Director to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. The Director plays a key role in coordinating resident admissions, building strong relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the central admissions office to manage referrals

• Coordinate with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and families regarding placements

• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families

• Verify insurance coverage and ensure required documentation is completed

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate placement and care planning

• Maintain positive relationships with referral partners and community organizations

• Participate in community marketing and outreach to promote facility 

• Track admissions data and assist with census development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Previous admissions, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare setting strongly preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes is a plus

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic records
