Extended Care RN or LPN

Under supervision of the Extended Care Nurse Manager, the LPN is entrusted with the authority to apply the nursingprocess in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across all acuity levels during scheduled shifts. The LPNupholds professionalism, responsibility, and accountability for the quality of care provided while directingnursing and ancillary care through implementation of nursing standards, PCH policies and procedures, and thePCH Personnel Handbook.
