Job Summary:

The Orchards at Southgate is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to our patients in a Geriatric setting

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional ability and independence

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

• 0 years of experience or recent graduate

• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems an asset
