Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s in our home. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. He has Parkinson's Disease. He has a good mind, but very slow speech and low mobility. Requires assistance standing and may need an assisted lift. Needs help getting food, pills, and getting comfortable. He also would like someone to talk with on days that he is feeling well. There may be days that he is sleeping. He has a small dog that is very sweet. His wife will be around some days, but will appreciate the additional helping hands and she may take this time for herself or to run errands.
