Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: COPD, C-PAP, uses cane/walker, has some dementia, skin infection on legs and arms. On several medications About the care needs: Friendly and not dictating. He tries to be independent and does not want to be bothered much. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
