Companion Care Needed

I am exploring options to hire a senior care provider with experience. A few hours in the morning a few days a week. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship and spend time with mom who is forgetful but still very capable. She sometimes needs help finding something and to make sure she does not leave the microwave or stove on. Need someone who is patient and kind. Practicing Christian is a plus. Im not sure what the right start date should be and am exploring options at this stage.
