Companion Care Needed

About the care needs: 91 yr old female with multiple health issues to assist daughter with lifting, pivoting transfer to bathroom- 50% times incontinent with both urine & fecal. At times needs minimal assistance and at times needs 50 lbs or greater lift assistance. Daughter needs help with transfer, cleaning up after incontinence and also calming mom who panics, cries, etc. complaining of breathing issues and pain. Helpful if could use blood pressure machine & provide breathing treatments as scheduled. Mom has some dementia or is in complete denial about her medical status.
