Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Parkinsons- impacts his speech and swallowing. His meds mess with his blood pressure so he gets really dizzy and can fall. He has periods where he gets temporarily paralyzed and needs help immediately. Other times he is fine - capable of taking care of himself and even packing and driving to a different city. He doesn't need round-the-clock care. But when he needs help, his need is acute and immediate. About the care needs: Patient and strong, good English skills, as my dad is slow to speak. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
