Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Lakeland. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. I work from home and would be present but in another room. I need help with redirecting my little toddler while working. My schedule is usually 2/4 days a week but the days vary each week.
