Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We need a babysitter for our 3yr old twin boys on Friday afternoons. 2:30-5:30, but can be a little flexible if you need more hours. We live in Mesta Park. We really value fun, educational play with our boys and need someone who is a great communicator, can adhere to our boys' schedule and discipline routines, and has good positive energy. We currently have a full time nanny (who we love!) but she is unavailable on Friday afternoons, so we are trying to find someone to take over when she needs to leave on Fridays and also be a back up sitter when she's unavailable for things like date nights, if their preschool is closed, etc.
