Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a part-time nanny for our 4-month-old in Bend. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I am looking for someone who could do two 6-hour daytime blocks on the same days weekly (we are flexible on what days those could be) . We also have an 8-year-old and 5-year-old and would love someone who is also open to watching all three kids for a weekly date night. This can be flexible as well. Job would be about 15-16 hours per week (occasionally more hours available if it works).
