House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for someone 3 days a week (mon, wed, fri) from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Total weekley hours would be 15. The job would mostly be cleaning, laundry and especially in the beginning, helping with organizing. There would be light cooking. Prepping dinner for the night, getting a crockpot meal going, or putting together meals I can put in the freezer. As for the child care part, it would be very minimal. I am a stay at home mom but I have doctors appointments that I can't always take my kids to. Kids are 2. 5, 6, 11. We do also have a dog. Its a 2 story house with a finished basement.
