Housekeeper

I have a 700 sq ft 1 br 1 ba apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator access and laundry in the basement. I am looking for every other week cleaning, laundry, and organzing/tidying up. My last cleaner averaged about 2. 5-3 hours every 2 weeks, for your reference. I figure maybe for the first cleaning, plan 4 hours, since it needs a bit more since it's been a while since I had a cleaner. Let me know if you are interested!
