House Cleaner

We are looking for someone to help around the house in terms of tidying, cleaning the dishes, helping with arranging toys and organizing. The tasks from week to week might change. We have a rotating house cleaner who comes and helps us with floors, bathrooms, etc. But we are really looking for someone who can help us with more of the organizational level and things that generally housekeepers would not help with. We have three children and one dog. Most of our home is wood floors and one playroom is carpeted. We have a basement and a garage and are currently undergoing some renovations so help with organizing the garage and the basement is very needed.
