Housekeeper - Now Hiring

I have let my house keeping go for a year because of serious health problems and it is now a mess. I would like someone to help organize my house by getting rid of boxes, trash, too many clothes, bag things for donation etc. After it is straightened up and better organized, I would then like to schedule cleaning every other week for the long term. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? I can provide cleaning sprays, etc. This will be a tough job at first, but after the initial clean up it should be just normal housekeeping. Thank you!
