What You’ll Do

•  Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support 
•  Explain coverage in a way people actually understand 
•  Build strong customer relationships 
•  Support our sales team so they can focus on growth 
•  Deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back 

What We’re Looking For

•  Active Property & Casualty License (or willing to get licensed) 
•  Positive attitude 
•  Strong communication skills 
•  Organized and dependable 
•  Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people 
•  Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply
