Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and genuine care 
• Support agency sales and retention goals through proactive customer outreach
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow up- in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers as needed and support ongoing service requests
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and everyday service requests
• Anticipate customer needs and communicate clearly to keep them informed
• Continuously learn and develop professionally through licensing, training and coaching
