ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and have been in the insurance industry since 2012. I'm a graduate of Loyola University, a second-generation State Farm agent, married to a fellow State Farm agent, and excited to be growing our family as we prepare to welcome a new baby.

Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports the Boys & Girls Club and participates in local community outreach and charitable initiatives. I enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Diana Sanchez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
